Hi! I’m Rylie Ottmann, a college athlete who’s passionate about staying active, eating well, and helping others do the same. Between practices, games, and classes, I’ve learned firsthand how challenging it can be to find meals that are healthy, quick, and actually enjoyable—especially when you have dietary restrictions.

 

I have celiac disease, so I know what it’s like to navigate a world where not all foods are safe to eat. That experience inspired me to start this website. I wanted to create a space where people can find delicious, healthy meals that fit their lifestyle—whether you’re managing a condition like celiac, following a specific diet, or just looking for fast and nourishing recipes.

 

My goal is to make cooking approachable and fun. From gluten-free dishes to vegan meals, keto snacks, and quick weeknight dinners, you’ll find recipes that are simple, flavorful, and designed to keep you energized—no matter how busy life gets.

 

I also love sharing personal tips from my life as a college athlete, like how I fuel my body for workouts, balance my schedule, and still enjoy food that feels indulgent but is actually good for me.
