🍴 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
8 oz pasta (gluten-free or regular)
1 ripe avocado 🥑
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 lemon 🍋
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup fresh basil (optional, but amazing!)
Salt + pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

Cook the pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook your pasta according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
